Privacy

Nothing to declare, because nothing is collected

Treasura has no account and no analytics dashboard: the developer receives none of your data. Here is, simply, what the app handles and where your data goes.

Stored on your device
Your collection (records, photos, values, storage, places) is saved on your device. On Mac, in the folder you choose.Backups, CSV and Excel exports and PDF reports are created on your device, where you choose.
iCloud sync (optional)
If you turn it on, your collection and its photos sync between your Mac, iPhone and iPad, in your private iCloud space (Apple's CloudKit service).Neither the developer nor anyone else can access this space. Apple processes this data under its own privacy policy.
Photos
The photos you add to a coin are chosen by you, from your files or your photo library. The app accesses nothing else.
Place search
When you search for a place (shop, coin fair…), the text you type is sent to Apple Maps to suggest addresses.Only that search text is sent, to Apple, at the moment you search.
Catalogue updates
Once a week, or when you ask in Settings, the app checks mickaelbinet.fr for a new version of the €2 commemorative catalogue and offers to download it.It simply reads files: no information about you or your collection is sent. As with any connection to a website, the host (OVH) sees the device's IP address; the developer neither keeps nor uses it.
Spotlight, Siri and widget
So that your coins appear in Spotlight, Siri, Shortcuts and the widget, the app indexes them on your device using system services. Nothing is sent to the developer.
No account, no tracking
No sign-up, no usage statistics, no advertising, no tracking SDK. Apart from downloading the catalogue, the app does not connect to any developer server. Nothing is sold or shared.

In short: what you catalog in Treasura stays with you, on your devices and, if you wish, in your private iCloud. Contact : binetmickael@me.com
